When you lead a student tour with 500 Tours, we do all the work and you can enjoy the trip with your students.  Your only responsibility is recruiting students for the trip and chaperoning them while on the trip.

Services provided by 500 Tours
 

lCorrespondence Materials:

500 Tours provides all correspondence tailored to meeting the specific needs of the various tour programs we have.  An initial letter packet including a registration form and sample itinerary will be sent to you for distribution to the students.  A final letter with specific details will be sent a few weeks prior to the actual trip.  We will also provide you with a weekly roster listing students that have registered for the trip.

lBilling and Payments:

500 Tours handles all billing and payment procedures.

lTour Directors' Manual:

500 Tours provides each tour director with a manual outlining important information pertaining to the trip.  This manual contains pertinent instructions for the Tour Director, parameters for student dress and behavior and helpful hints about the many places the group will visit.

lMeals and Dining Establishments:

All meals are scheduled and reserved by 500 Tours.  First class menus and dining establishments are selected by 500 Tours.  We make every attempt in selecting eating locations that provide good quality meals with dependable service.

lTour Escorts:

One of our escorts will accompany you throughout your entire trip.  Your escort will be there to answer questions, solve problems and assist in making for a successful experience for your entire group.

lReservations:

500 Tours makes all reservations for rail, air, bus transportation, hotels, restaurants and special appointments.  We also take care of all ticketing, baggage tagging and luggage transfers.

lSecurity Guards:
